DETOX BATH SALTS RECIPE

These bath salts help clear metabolic wastes from the body and are

effective in reducing muscle soreness and fatigue following:

  any kind of physical overexertion

• weightlifting or working out

 deep bodywork

They are also great to use following:

an emotional upset

 or after a difficult day

   This detox bath mixture is easily made at home. 

Sea salt can be found (often in bulk) in the natural food

section of supermarkets or in health food stores.

DIRECTIONS:

  Measure equal parts of the following ingredients into a large bowl :

Sea salt

 Baking soda

Mix well to combine and store in an airtight container. 

Draw a warm bath and place 1-2 cups of the detox salts in the tub.  Mix to dissolve,

then soak for approximately 20 minutes.  If you have a tendency toward dry skin,

be sure to rinse off afterward, as the bath salts can be drying.

This can also be used as a foot bath if you do not have the time or inclination to

take a bath.  Use proportionately less of the salts in a foot bath.
